What websites are there so that I can pay only cash to make a shirt design?

I have good ideas for designs Alotta shirt and wear them and show them .. I know a place where I can upload the shirt design and edit it (and everything) and then when i order, I can pay cash, no credit cards .. so please tell me if u know all the sites, would be of great help! thanks!
