my black shirts are whiteish things about them after leaving the washer?

I washed some of my shirts black with a pair of pants I had a black piece of paper in his pocket [i didn't see them] and when my shirts out of the dryer which had white stuff everywhere .. as embedded on the web. Then I washed my hands again and when I pulled the dryer still had to .. but this was much worse .. now have the huge gray spots in them and look horrible. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

It is on white paper or soap in the pockets too much if you are using powder.
