How do you wash your black shirts without the white fuzz all over the jersey after it dries?

For example, take a black shirt, put in the washer, remove, hanging. after Drys, there are plenty of white powder, as all particles on the shirt are visible.

I've never had that problem, but I always use the clothes dryer. Maybe you just have a lot of dust in your home.
