Unfair? ??
I went to Nordstrom and was looking very bad! (I had a day off so that I wore ripped jeans and a long shirt) and I was there to bu my Christmas gift gifts.i family repeatedly asked the clerk to help me and she just told me i cannot afford the clothes or that I was trying to many things (she thougt i woudn't buy anything) she also pursued me all I got so mad I just left the store mind that I am a happily married 27 old master years! (And I have a daughter) was not rude about it? I have gone to the manager?
If this happens again I ask and demand a supervisor or manager immediately. That employee need some training in customer service. For this occasion I would call the store at this time and clearly say that spending under $ 300-500 (or whatever it was) gifts for family, but was so put off by the rude, harassing, and prejudiced employee that you spent nothing. Follow up with a letter stating the same thing – Be as specific as possible about who was the person for her to receive sensitivity training – and use fancy stationary and see the spelling and grammar to take you seriously. Then, after mailing the letter very nice dress up and go back to the store and find the same woman and see if it will help when you are dressed to the nines and wearing full costume jewelry – and take some extra rings for his girlfriend. Better yet to have a friend with you or your spouse and choose your stuff, but then we remembered that he was the secretary nasty and choose not to buy it – going so far as to ask another employee – to work on a commission or fee. Anyway she gets your message. And if someone says you can not afford to buy it so – she laughed and said – I suppose it can not because you are working here — and not shopping here and now, where I will find her supervisor?
